✦ BGH Policies
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required via Zelle to secure your appointment. Your balance is due on the day of your service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. You may reschedule once with 48 hours notice at no additional charge.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up without notice forfeit their deposit in full. A new deposit will be required to rebook. Repeated no-shows may result in being removed from the booking system.
Travel / Mobile Braiding Policy
BGH offers mobile braiding services within the Bronx and surrounding areas. A travel fee starting at $30 applies depending on location. Travel bookings require a $75 deposit. Client must provide a clean, well-lit workspace with a chair.
